Meaningful additions to the Ikea Pax configurator

Hello everyone,

I’m moving soon into my first real apartment and for that I want to get a Pax.

I already configured it as far as possible on the internet (with the Pax configurator on the Ikea website).
I will get a 250x60x236 (WxDxH) with hinged doors (2xmirror, 3 normal).
As far as possible, I used the available interior options of the system and I’m already done with that.

However, I noticed that there is also such an LED lighting (39Eu for 1 m width) which is NOT included in the configurator.

Now I wanted to ask if there are other things not included in the configurator?
I would like to have the optimal wardrobe :) A friend, for example, has such a drawer with round half shells. Great for ties or watches, but I didn’t find that for example, maybe one of you knows.

Also, I wanted to ask if you have any ideas for organizing ties?
I simply don’t want to hang them on a hanger.

I’m really glad that the Pax system exists. I’ve seen many wardrobes lately, but none could be configured like the Pax :)

Hello Hans,

enter Komplement in the search on the website and you will see what other practical things there are. Under Online-Kataloge you can look at the one for wardrobes. There you will also see examples of how to store pumps and ties. In an earlier catalog, ties were rolled up and placed in a drawer with compartments (which no longer exist). Under Online-Kataloge you can also click on Kaufhilfen on the left and download the ones for PAX. In any case, it is recommended to take a good look at everything in a store beforehand.

So I browsed through the catalog and found a few interesting things, like the side-mounted, extendable holder.

I also found the light strip :)

One thing I’m still missing:
Door dampers.

I would like to have door dampers so the doors don’t slam shut.
Is there something like that?

PS: I have already looked at the cabinets on site twice, but I guess not every available product is set up permanently. That’s why I’m asking here :)

302.145.04 soft-close hinges 757.192.00 without soft-close On the website, you can choose for the doors whether with or without.

I didn't find that with the Pax planner.

But I found it now on the website :)

I have to manually add the doors that come with my configuration, they are without.
