Then everything is clear now!
I hope that's really the case. When calculating the wall (it's a homepage that allows you to calculate the U-value and moisture - but the link must not be mentioned here without penalty :cool), however, the dew point now shifts to the wall center. So condensation forms between the wooden stud and the insulation (see pictures for comparison). I think this is due to the waterproof XPS insulation.
So I'm not quite sure if this is the optimal solution or if the condensation is only theoretical or not serious; I will discuss it with my planner and possibly report back here (it might be of interest to someone again).
