That was not a proposal from me, but merely a simulation "thinking out loud," what might be going through the minds of the different expert factions. Simply to understand why one says this and another says that – for everyone, their own thing is "right." I belong to the concrete basement faction.

That’s why I also said "possibility" – potentially, after every course you have the opportunity – using it between all courses at the same time, of course, would belong to the category "too much is not better, just more well-intentioned (instead of well done)." That would of course be a crazy idea. Unfortunately, in building contractor circles, the mindset is often "how do I botch it so that the incubation period of the damage is longer than the warranty period" – that is their definition of Pareto optimum. Tiptop is a naive building owner’s notion, which only some contractors aim for, but probably no majority.
