Hello,
Working with the utility provider here has proven to be somewhat cumbersome. At first, slow with long waiting times and lots of follow-up calls, then mostly sudden, unbureaucratic and usually solution-oriented. I am torn back and forth. However, the following problem has now arisen:
Spontaneously and overzealously, the regional network operator carried out the appointment for the installation of the house connection box including the Telekom work surface from the property boundary into the utility room. In principle, I am happy that it went so quickly now, unfortunately a bit too quickly: the interior plaster is expected to come only in the middle/end of next week.
The wall on which it is mounted is an interior wall made of Poroton. Behind it is the kitchen or the kitchen/dining/living room.
Do you see—besides aesthetic aspects—a problem that it is installed directly on the wall and the plasterer has to work all around it?
Can you tell me what the box in your picture is called from which the 4 connections come out?
