Looking for IKEA METOD kitchen island experience reports

Hello dear forum,
the first kitchen is coming up and after the positive experiences with Ikea products, I wanted to continue with that.

Unfortunately, it has to be an island solution.
The current planning status is:
Metod base cabinets sink
METOD wall cabinets
METOD kitchen island (140x107) incl. oven
Extractor hood (ceiling-mounted) SVÄVANDE

Regarding the colors and exact design, I’ll go to the store tomorrow.

Now my question about the dishwasher: I have negative feedback from friends here and would like to counter this with a Siemens.
Is it possible to swap it or will I have problems with the fronts?
If I can swap, what should I pay attention to?

EDIT: Tomorrow or immediately in the store, I will define the exact measurements etc. Then I can give my post more substance.
