For one thing: upper floor drafts are strongly dependent on the knee wall. How is it here or how is it solved with the L-shape? Higher knee wall in the west? On the other hand: I roughly like the division of the rooms quite well, but would omit the door from the bedroom/bathroom, place the bedroom door further top plan, and omit the one wall to the dressing room, so that you can already start with a row of wardrobes just behind the door. By the way, we have a dressing room of 6 point something sqm with a knee wall of 1.25 meters, and it works wonderfully with 2 people. Besides shelves and dressers, there is a stool, a chair, and a floor-to-ceiling mirror. So don’t generalize all the time :)

I’ll clarify that with the BU regarding the knee wall height and have them include it.

Variant1 - at the latest when the children realize that the rooms are not the same, you know why ;) ...is, in my opinion, more coherent.

both drafts have massive flaws. This needs to be addressed again and planned together with the EG.

I prefer Variante2 because there is less "dead space" like hallways, etc. But where are the windows???

With variant 2, however, there are issues in almost every room. 325 cm room width for a double bed, 177 cm for closet space, and then the narrow children's room.

Thank you for the numerous responses! As said, we don't like either of the variants. :( Most likely, we could still imagine the children's rooms from variant 1 with the master bedroom or upper area from variant 2. 325 cm for the double bed is too little, too much? Attached is the draft for the ground floor.
