Looking for an Ikea wooden bench or TV bench

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a very specific bench.
Six weeks ago, I was at IKEA Regensburg, where I saw a white wooden seating group with a white wooden bench. On the white bench were cushions and a fur. It looked quite cozy. The bench was placed against the wall.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check its name... and since it takes me 1 hour and 30 minutes to drive to IKEA Regensburg, I am hoping for your help.
So it was white and had drawers. I can exclude the benches under the category Stools & Benches on the IKEA website.
While browsing the IKEA website, only the Hemnes TV bench came to mind as being my sought-after bench. But is the Hemnes TV bench even suitable as a bench??? Could that be??? I am baffled.
Unfortunately, I don’t have much information.

From an aesthetic point of view, Hemnes can also be a bench, but whether it can support 3 people in terms of load is another question???

Otherwise, I could imagine using it as a bench. According to the IKEA homepage, however, it only supports 50 kg. Therefore, some reinforcements would have to be installed to use it as a bench. Whether it is worth converting a dresser that costs almost 200€ for this purpose is something everyone has to decide for themselves.

according to your statement and the arrangement, you have looked at the Ikea "Chalet-Kollektion".

Just ask Google about it. I found a picture where, as the IKEA expert correctly guesses, the Hemnes daybed is shown, draped with cushions and blankets. Maybe you'll find the bench you're looking for there.

Well, there is a huge difference between the Hemnes daybed and a TV bench, especially since you already said that the Hemnes TV board goes in that direction... And in terms of size, I don't think the daybed (as nice as it may be as a bench) is that suitable

@Maverick1854: 50 kg is really very little. From the look of it, it could be... but I also think, if a TV bench is only designed for such a low weight, then I wouldn’t decorate it as a bench for sitting in the store.
