Well, that’s one of those questions where I haven’t found a clear answer yet. Even the experts on the green forum don’t agree. It’s clear that for buildings that don’t require a permit, no one asks about it initially. But maybe you need to be able to present it, at the latest when the thing collapses and a personal injury has occurred. It’s probably a personal risk. For a finished kit, I’d assume a type statics from the manufacturer, but if I design something myself, it might hold, but I just have nothing to prove it... Ok, does anyone have experience with a specific product?

Yes, as a rule, the manufacturer provides the corresponding statics. Unfortunately, only my own DIY carport.

I mean for DIY. Then there is no "manufacturer".
I thought I once came across a site in an earlier search that only offers instructions (sometimes even free of charge). For garden houses, carports, etc.
And then you could also buy a set with a material list, assembly instructions, construction drawing, and calculated finished structural analysis for a few hundred EUR (lower range). Materials would of course come in addition.
But I can't find this site anymore. Maybe someone can help me with appropriate search terms?
