Sure. The guest bathroom and kitchen are always directly above, below, or next to the heating room. That is premise number one in house construction.

Men, women, shower with planning and caution. Good tactic is. Tap on middle and on. Then shave, when shaving is finished, there is warm water. Shower. For women instead of shaving maybe Philips Silk epil?

What one is willing to accept from the outset in a new build just to save a few euros somewhere and then even sugarcoat it...

such nonsense if you build new you can solve this properly. Either keep the pipe routes short or circulation. The costs are very manageable, the comfort gain immense. If you don’t want the circulation later, no one forces you to use it...

So, the humor of the Northerners is obviously not understood everywhere. Of course, the payday is right, either plan for it or short pipes. Only... if it wasn’t planned for, as with the OP, it’s not really a disaster. It can probably be retrofitted as well, but I would consider whether it’s worth it.

When I read "3l until it gets warmer," I can only shake my head. Not only because of comfort, but especially because of the risk of Legionella. The current drinking water regulation requires circulation starting from 3l of pipe content to the furthest water extraction point. Without circulation, it must come out hot after 3l.

I happened to talk about this today with a colleague who is currently renovating. As a trained heating engineer, he immediately mentioned the drinking water regulation. For him, even 3l is too much. He would set the limit at 2l. He retrofitted a circulation system and additionally chose it for comfort. I also plan to retrofit. I wouldn't have thought that people still build without it today!
