I was able to find something more precise about the walls in the construction specifications:

The exterior walls of the ground floor and upper floor/attic consist of at least 15 cm thick, load-bearing rear masonry made of sand-lime brick or similar. Facade with approx. 18 cm thick, external thermal insulation panels (WLG035) and an approx. 1 cm thick reinforced plaster layer or approx. 1.5 cm thick clinker slips (total construction approx. 34 cm), according to color specification by the seller. For facing facades with at least 12 cm thick thermal insulation panels (WLG035) and a facing layer (approx. 11 cm thick), product specification of facing stone and joint color are determined by the seller (total construction at least 35 cm). In a plaster/facing facade design, the wall construction is carried out as a combination of the aforementioned variants. Due to project requirements, partial wall areas of the facade (possibly also deviating from the notarized elevation drawings) are executed or color-highlighted by the seller according to the specifications of the development plan (with respect to color, window size and/or material). The proportion of facing and plaster facade may also differ from visualizations, brochures, and elevations.
