we will also build with 36.5cm Poroton and window rebate ventilators are planned. However, I will install a decentralized device with heat recovery in the living/dining or open kitchen area. I hope to at least be able to use the window rebate ventilators in these rooms in case noise should actually be a problem.

Since we are still before sample selection and technical construction discussions, it would be great if you could give me tips on what I need to pay attention to so that there are no noise problems here.

If you value soundproofing, then avoid window rebate vents. A window with rebate ventilation is never truly closed, I wouldn’t do that. I don’t know of any house with (really) good soundproofing that has window rebate vents or decentralized fans.

And also be aware that decentralized fans are not the first choice for soundproofing.
