Last plate pressure tests repeatedly fail

For your information: After several LPs had failed, as described in the original post, we removed all the gravel again, re-compacted the base, re-installed the RC gravel in two layers and watered it intensively. Let the whole mess settle for 2 weeks and then commissioned new LPs. And lo and behold... ... it finally fit....:)

Hey, we unfortunately have the same problem, but it rained heavily here, maybe even too much. You can tell that the soil on the surface is still a bit spongy despite waiting 3 days. Could you maybe tell me how you settled the costs? Who bore all the extra effort?

The load plate pressure tests were specified by the general contractor but still were an in-house effort. A flat rate was negotiated in advance with my civil engineer for the professional preparation of the subgrade. He adhered to that despite the extra effort. We then split the additional load plates.
