Large garage with a granny flat at a single-family house

I am looking for ideas to build an approx. 100 sqm garage ([Einfamilienhaus im 1.OG]) attached to a single-family house.

There are no specific ideas yet for either the garage or the single-family house (approx. 150 sqm without basement).

Your plan is not entirely clear to me yet.
A granny flat on top of the garage if there are no issues with the boundary development.
Central staircase. In general, you will need to thermally decouple from the garage since the garage does not meet the same energy standard.
Doesn't it make more sense to integrate the apartment into the house?
Tell me something about the plot, development plan, budget...
In terms of total area, what you want to add is almost a complete house.

My mother has a 110m2 apartment above her garage.
Either you have suspended or very thick ceilings in the garage, or the drainage will be visible.

Then it doesn't make much sense to think about it yet. The plot of land and the development plan will restrict you. Did I understand correctly that you want a single-family house with about 150m2, a garage with 100m2, and a granny flat with 100m2? Without the plot, additional costs, etc., probably already over 700k in BY.

A single-family house, to which an extension is to be built, is situated on an unconcrete plot - I have to admit, I am a little philosophically overwhelmed right now.
