...you’re not buying the preliminary planning as well. The quoted passage refers to the plot AND the pre-designed building, so as if bought from a developer... You will only buy the plot! Always to be checked in the notary contract what you are buying ;) Sorry, Tox, I didn’t read yours at all... Well, two is better than one ;)
