Hello.
We are going to buy a plot of land in a new development area that has not yet been surveyed at the time of the purchase contract. The contract states that the surveying of the property is included. We were verbally informed that later only the building surveying has to be done by us.
Now my question is whether it is sufficient if the contract only mentions surveying. I have read that there are different extents of surveying, e.g., only a rough survey without setting boundary stones and other types of surveys.
Do you happen to know the exact name of the survey that covers everything, including the setting of boundary stones, so that we can be sure that no unexpected surveying costs regarding the property will arise?
Best regards
Peter
