Land selection decision aid, experiences?

So I'm talking about the plot directly below number 33, which has no number on the plan. I think the plan is quite clear. Wa1 is ruled out due to the eaves height.

So in terms of type and extent of structural use, everything fits. I'm actually more concerned about the adjacent apartment buildings.

I can't find it. In GIF or JPG images, you can easily write crosses and numbers with Paint (should be included with every Windows), then save and upload. EDIT: And in an emergency, you print it out, label it by hand, and scan it again.

Besides the apartment buildings, I would not build if I had the choice. My favorite would rather be the plot above the 24 or above the 19. If those are too small for you, try to get both together above the 19, if the municipality agrees to that.

And why? If you want to look at parking spaces and cars, consider the noise level, and if your house should be oriented to the east, then take it. I see no advantage in it.

Thank you for your messages. I agree with you, Katja. That one would be great, the ones without numbers are already taken. Except for the bigger one below. It has 750 m2. Although facing east, it has a beautiful open landscape, a few trees to the east. Nicer than directly adjacent to neighbors. The only negative point is the apartment building. And possibly the east orientation.

19 and 18 would still be interesting or 24 and 23. I don't think that will work. Or perhaps 26.

Sorry for the delay. Now I got it. Well then, just take the 17 and the 18 together. Would you have the money?
