Land registration of equity shares (married)

Hello,

at the time of the marriage, my wife brought about €65,000 into the marriage. I brought nothing.

On the occasion of the dream house, we accumulated our money in a joint account. Current account balance: €90,000

On the occasion of the land purchase, we are receiving additional money as a gift:
From my parents: €40,000
From her parents: €20,000

The land costs €140,000 + additional costs of about €10,000

How is the fairest way to do the land registration now: Both of us as owners but equity shares as follows:
She €92,500, I €47,500 --> 2/3 her, 1/3 me?

Or differently?

It can be that simple :p especially since I would have thought a man would take advantage :p

I see it the same way: 50:50 in the land register

Whether you need/want to arrange more is up to each individual, then just a marriage contract.

Maybe I am old-fashioned or naive but it is said in good times and in bad times. Do you also compare the salaries against each other and who spends more time with the children?
