Hello everyone,
my husband and I are building a new house in our garden just for the two of us. Our children will move into the other two houses. The SÜWAG power grid is on the other side of the street in the sidewalk, and we have another 30 m from the property boundary to our house, so the network connection would be very expensive. However, there is already a connection from the existing building on our property, just about 25 m away from the new building. Is it possible to "dock" onto this one :D
Since all the houses are to remain in family ownership, this would not be a legal problem. Nevertheless, we would have an easement registered in the land register – you never know.
My question is just, does SÜWAG have to cooperate, or can they insist on a completely new connection?
