thank you very much for your reply. That makes it interesting. So does that mean the normal price I pay per square meter when I buy a plot is already the mixed price?
Or do I pay one price per square meter for the building land and an extra price per square meter for the agricultural land?
Both are possible. If you buy 2000m² for 20€, that is a mixed price; the different land uses are usually shown as an annex to the purchase contract in a plan (e.g. excerpt from the cadastral map). If you buy 1000 m² each at prices of 5/35€, that is shown separately. This is usually done when the areas are yet to be determined, i.e. the subdivision/delineation of the usage or new boundary(ies) has not yet been determined on site. Then the purchase contract is drawn up with 2 prices and approximate areas, and depending on the actual result of the area determination after subdivision, the final costs are determined and possibly adjusted.
Can any of you name a portal for land prices that provides significant price information?
