Hello everyone,

I would like to get some independent opinions. I have 2 plots to choose from, one has the garden facing east (No. 41), the other facing southwest (39, not marked yellow, the 42 is sold). Now with an east orientation, you only get the sun in the morning. Of course, you could position the house relatively to the right and build a corner terrace so that you still get the evening sun, and alternatively, if it gets too hot, you can go to the terrace behind the house. With the other plot, I think you would have direct sunlight from about noon until late evening. East is at the top in the picture. The plots are about the same size. What do you think?

Without knowing more now, I would prefer the South-West garden - here you can also find "standard floor plans" much more easily. But both can certainly be built on. How long and wide are the plots?

How big is the house supposed to be approximately? 15 meters would mean only 9 m left for construction.

A few questions for you:
Which house is nicer, the one under 39 or over 41, or what is behind it?
How were 40,10,11,12 developed?
How about 42,17,18,19?
Any high-rise buildings, strange towers, are there giant trees somewhere that steal light?
Where is the main road?
Is the whole area sloping somewhere?
Is the price the same?
Behind one of the plots, is there a view of a nuclear power plant or a high-voltage line?
Already met neighbors who seemed friendly / not so friendly?
Maybe there are still trees somewhere that could be preserved?

11 and 10 are still available, on 12 there is a townhouse, on 17 and 10 as well, 42 is not yet developed, 40 has 2 residential units with a gable roof, no towers and no giant trees, only max 2 residential units, quiet street, both flat, the price differs slightly, only on one it is possible that I have to build with a developer. No trees to be preserved. Only one neighbor known on 12, he seems nice.

If the Southwest property is the one without a developer, take that one.
