Land found... just not the ideal orientation

Our property has a 100% northern orientation. We built our terrace in the northwest corner so that we have evening sun in summer. Although I have not yet experienced a summer or spring there outside of the construction phase, I know we will like it, not only because of the wonderful view of the unobstructed and (in sunshine) sunlit vineyard. My parents have a southeast terrace that has to be shaded constantly in summer. It has annoyed me more than once... I think there are far more important aspects when choosing a property than the orientation to the south, west, or anywhere else.

Yes, I prepare some documents for future builders, either from the internet or written by me - there is quite a lot of demand for some people But I only refer to drafting.
