Land costs? What is included?

Since I find the letter attached to be poorly worded, I would like to ask for your expert advice on how you interpret the information regarding the connection and development costs. What else will I be faced with?

According to the development plan, there will be no gas connection.

That's actually quite simple. Take a bungalow 10 by 14 gives 140 GF. It's paid for. Now assume it becomes a two-story building. So 10 by 14 by 2 gives 280. Up to 150 is paid, 130 still have to be paid according to the published rates. Clear?

That means all costs are included in the 150€ per sqm,

[*]Connections from the street to the property [*]Connections from the property boundary to the house (except electricity)

So nothing else will come up for me here unless I want to build larger than 150sqm? If that were the case, that would really be great. :)

No no. Laid out to the countryside, that does not reach the house yet. There are still a few meters missing. Ask exactly the one who is selling it. There are no stupid questions, stupid is not to ask.
