You can for sure, but no one has done it with us. The large new development area is actually quite monotonous. No one has a captain's house or Frisian house because the roof (or the knee wall) would otherwise eat you up.

In our building area, 2 full floors (city villa) are allowed, but a knee wall of a ridiculous 40 cm. There are no regulations about what and how to build (color and so on), only the knee wall was overlooked and then signed. And since no one can admit a mistake, everyone who doesn't want to build a bungalow or city villa now has to live with 40 cm. I am standing roughly in the middle of a room without hitting the ceiling. Really rubbish. And still, there are people who build such things...

what about?? the 40cm knee wall are great? the fact is that the building authority, or rather an individual, messed it up and now does not admit to their mistake. because the houses were actually not planned to be cut back like this. it was actually planned to bring new people into the small community and wanted to allow them everything imaginable.
