I wanted to ask if I use one of the two articles listed above. Do I have to apply a primer to the wall before tiles and tile adhesive are applied to the wall???

I have already used the Knauf products once. Before tiling, you have to seal the substrate. There are different options for that. I then applied such a sealing membrane. That can be done quickly and easily.

Hey, With a bit of skill, it's doable. I also tried it a few times at first, and then it worked well. You can decouple critical substrates well with it. Once it sticks, it stays firm. So, just be brave and get to work.

The company Knauf has good products on the market and I really like working with them. Especially with PCI duschdicht, it is a good job. We always seal and there are standards for that. I do this in my house but of course also on other construction sites.

I also used that in our bathroom. Before I started the work, I watched a video. That was very useful and helped me with the work. So it is recommended.
