Kitchen utensils - Tops and flops!

Hello everyone!

I thought I’d start a thread about all the little kitchen stuff. Things like dishes, storage containers, pots, glasses, cooking spoons, whisks, etc. and so on.

I have some great kitchen utensils from Ikea at home, but unfortunately also some absolute flops that are just no good. The Ikea name is in parentheses if I know it.

Top are:
- Garlic press (the round one, not the square one) (Koncis)
- this standing dish brush with the suction cup at the bottom (Plastic)
- a flat whisk coated with rubber (??)
- the big blue kitchen scissors (??)
- these large glasses, look like the ones for latte macchiato, or similar to Caipirinha glasses (Pokal) --> nice thick glass and cheap
- storage container (Distanz) with red lid in a set of 3 different shapes

Flop are:
- knife 3-pack handles have 3 different colors --> don’t cut well
- small knife from the 365 series --> also doesn’t cut particularly well
- 3-pack wooden cooking spoons --> unpleasant wood, you get splinters from them
- porcelain bowl (Syntes) in black --> paint chips off very quickly and it’s not because of how I handle it, I have other black bowls and they don’t chip

So-so:
- 3-pack scissors handles in colorful colors --> not bad but not great either, pretty good for the price
- storage container set with many pieces with these light blue/turquoise lids --> quite okay, after 2 years nothing has broken yet, but the quality could be a bit better
- large plastic cutting boards that you can bend --> quite okay, but not super impressive
