Bosch does have steam ovens in black. It is actually the more versatile type of appliance anyway.

Look abroad. For example, the appliances which are only available in stainless steel look in Germany under the label "AEG" are also available in black in France under the name of the manufacturer Electrolux.

Have a look at Gaggenau, oven series 200.

Gaggenau does not have a large steam oven with a baking oven...at least that is what we were told.

Miele is black and has the same large combo (see attachment)

hm, I was just at a market research on the topic last week. Ultimately, completely black high-gloss fronts were presented for the oven and steam cooker. Without a panel and partly without a handle. However, also without a window - and... as is typical with market research: no company name. It can still take a good few years of research ;)
