I have not consulted the heating engineer. Why should I? Everything I found while digging up the pipes does not speak well of him.
Half-pipe would work for the horizontally laid pipes, but I am not a fan of half measures. For the vertically laid ones, a full pipe is mandatory anyway.
Of course, I fill the KG pipes with sand to avoid damage from pressure.
I am looking for: Either an alternative to the KG pipes. There might be pipes consisting of two parts that are earth-resistant.
Or a tip on how the two halves can be rejoined. Tape, glue, or the like.
