Hello everyone,
my wife and I are now further along in our decision-making process and have basically internally concluded with Kern. However, one last phone appointment is still pending.
We would now try to first find a building partner who can provide us with a turnkey house up to €400,000 in the KFW40plus standard. Basically, we are not fixed on whether it has to be a prefabricated house or a solid house, but it seems that prefabricated house companies advertise more prominently with it. Currently, in conversation, I have Kampa, additionally I find Haas at least architecturally very interesting and could imagine something there. Last week, we had a loan broker at our house, whose contact we got through Kern. He found the "offer" from Kern for a house in KFW50 without floor and wall coverings with a base price of €390,000 somewhat too high but did not want and could not directly recommend anyone else to us either, as the current situation does not allow it. His tip was prefabricated house exhibitions :|.
Now to the actual topic:
My wife and I actually place quite a lot of value on modern architecture, maybe in the Bauhaus style. A dressing room and very large bathroom directly next to the bedroom, an open kitchen and maybe a covered terrace, where there is a loggia above. Haas and Kampa basically fit well, only unfortunately I don’t know where else I could look. The KFW40(plus) requirement is currently set and the maximum budget turnkey excl. ancillary building costs of €400,000 is also fixed.
Can someone still recommend where I could look in the Düsseldorf area? I will look for the plot myself and/or with the help of a realtor in parallel.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards, Jeduhas
