I hope this question has not already been answered elsewhere.
What documents does the energy consultant need to prepare the confirmation for the application (BZA) for the KFW40 new construction subsidy? Does he need the finished plan of the house? Or would key data such as a rough floor plan, number/size/positions of windows, wall thickness, etc. be sufficient? If so, which data does the energy consultant absolutely need?
What happens if the finished house deviates from the data in the application but still meets the KFW40 standard? How much can such a deviation be at most (if at all permissible)?
