KfW funding with residential building – grant (461)

Hello Unfortunately, I cannot find a reasonable answer on this topic. I am going to build a KfW 40+ house and do not need a loan, but I can have the energy-saving measures subsidized if I apply for it at the KfW Bank by 1.7. Does anyone know how this works? Do you get the subsidy from KfW without a loan and how high is the subsidy then?

Thanks for the info blubbernase I unfortunately cannot find a link at BAFA or KfW, what I found out is that the grant model 461 is supported from 1.1.2021 and the new model 153 from 1.7.2021 In the following video, the grant model is explained from minute 7:30 [MEDIA=youtube]bHORyE6Tufs[/MEDIA]. As I said, I am looking for a link at BAFA to apply for the grant 461.

BEG 461 is only valid from 01.07.2021. Until then, there is no subsidy option - only 153 as a loan. Before that, you can't find much or apply for anything. It simply just doesn't work yet. It would simply work. Apply before the start of the project and then you get the subsidy after the completion of the project. BUT only from 01.07.

You can take a look at alternative KfW programs, for example those for renovation, where grants are already available today. There is a deadline included.
