KFW 70 Confirmation for the Bank

Hello,
we need a confirmation for the bank at the end of the house construction that we have built according to [KfW 70]. We already had an energy assessment done before the start of construction. The company was searched by our architect and it cost about €2000. That really seems like a lot to me.
And now we need the Blower Door Test and someone authorized to sign this [KfW] form. Does anyone have experience with this and what it should cost? Our architect estimates about €2500. However, that also seems a bit much to me...
For your information, we are building in Bavaria.

Both feel too expensive.

Even if it is too late, you can always ask energy auditors who also confirm KFW what they would cost.

They can also tell you what an airtightness test would cost in your region.

(If it was really only about the application and the confirmation and the rest was carried out by the architect according to the calculation)

By the way, significant time pressure is the worst advisor one can possibly imagine when building.
