Hello,
I don’t want to digress, but is the concept itself okay? Or is aerated concrete on aerated concrete better?
What am I supposed to answer to that now? Anyone who chooses this system has generally informed themselves comprehensively and also knows that for moving in it’s best to get a Hilti as a gift
I – personally and therefore subjectively – would never want to call a "warmly wrapped" concrete block my property. I had that many years ago in a rental property in OWL and don’t need it again; only our kids found it cool – as an additional playground.
By the way, there are no “breathing” walls in the literal sense, but certainly exterior walls that allow a certain degree of diffusion; that can be aerated concrete but also hollow bricks, pumice, or expanded clay. What they all have in common is that from 36.5 cm thickness they can completely do without externally applied insulation.
The system you are questioning here finds – again from my subjective point of view – its justification (and I mean that quite seriously and legitimately) in the fact that it belongs to the cheapest ways to build a single-family house. However, I belong to the type of person who takes the position: if it has to be Styrofoam at all costs, then only on one side and that side has to be the outside. In this respect, I would avoid the wrapped concrete
Rhenish regards
