Hey community,

we have received the documents from our energy consultant. Now we want to confirm and have the subsidy variant 461 and the subsidy for the energy consultant paid out in the KfW. I have browsed through it without obligation and only had to confirm the following things: 1. Subsidy relevance of information 2. Cost confirmation that the measure was funded by public subsidies up to a maximum of 60% 3. Not confirming that we were affected by the 2021 flood

At the end, I still have to give the "consent to conditions" and can then "submit the application bindingly." It seems way too easy to me. I did not even have to confirm after completion or upload the energy certificate. Can someone please give me feedback on this? What else needs to be done or is that really all? I thank you.

Hello, that's exactly right. You have done everything correctly, there is nothing more to do. The current processing time is about 16 weeks, followed by a few weeks for the payment. By the end of October, the grant should be credited to your account.

Thank you for your quick help. The application sounds great, the processing time rather so-so.

We have now also received the BnD, but what I am wondering is, shouldn't the costs for the subsidy for the energy consultant also be included there? Or where is this subsidy applied for? Our energy consultant said he did not include it at the beginning when preparing the application.

If they were forgotten to be stated by the energy consultant in the application confirmation (BZA), they will not be funded because a subsequent increase of the subsidy is not possible. Whether they were forgotten can be checked both in the application confirmation (BZA) and in the approval itself.

Okay, then I thought I understood the dilemma correctly... under the point: "Zusätzlich anfallende, förderfähige Kosten für Fachplanung/Baubegleitung" our energy consultant entered nothing... ergo, we are probably losing 4000€ now... the question is whether I can do anything about it... our architect had power of attorney to commission the energy consultant, also told us that it would be subsidized at 50%... but during the review of the application, apparently both parties failed.
