KfW 461: "Confirmation after completion" that simple?

Okay, then I already thought the dilemma was correct... under the point: "Additionally incurred, eligible costs for specialist planning/construction supervision" our energy consultant didn't enter anything... ergo we're probably missing out on €4000 now... now the question is whether I can do something against it... our architect had a power of attorney to commission the energy consultant, also told us that it would be subsidized at 50%... but during the review of the application apparently both parties failed.
