Good evening,

we are planning to build a house as a KFW 40 Plus house. We will receive funding of up to €42,500 for this. However, I have heard from someone that you do not get any payment for surplus electricity fed into the grid. Is that correct? Unfortunately, I can hardly find any information about this online.

The trick is that the photovoltaic system is not financed through the KFW loan, but from equity.

In principle, it is correct if the feed-in tariff is removed. It is no longer needed, since photovoltaics are worthwhile even without it.
