Yes, I received all the loans like that and signed and sent them away as stated in the terms offer. But you have already asked in another thread. The specific numbers are also there.

We both know that it is not insider knowledge. But I am just as active a member here in the forum as you are, so the info is quite useful. I don't know about you, but I was surprised by the KFW terms adjustment.

For many, the topic was only interesting in order to take advantage of the repayment subsidy and then replace the kfw loan with a house bank loan. Due to the possibility of repayment without prepayment penalties, that is quite interesting. And if you chose the shortest term right from the start, you still ended up with a good profit (even though you had to pay interest during the interest-only year)....

Today, the conditions have significantly worsened again.

Compared from memory to the status as of 25.01.18:

- Term 30 years, fixed interest period 10 years or 20 years = 0.2% worse

On 02.02.18 it was only 0.05% worse compared to 25.01.
