Issuance of the building permit?

With us (NRW, Kreis HS) it was in stock (according to §34) and still very fast.

It took 6 weeks after the [Gemeinderatsitzung] for us.

Hello everyone, this is really interesting so far. Everything between 17 days and 8 months?? All included. @ Tanita: With the preliminary building inquiry, it was similarly annoying for us, a total of 3 months :(:oops::mad:. Let's see how it goes from here...

What does your state building code say? For us, the project is automatically approved if there is no decision within 3 months. I think similar regulations exist in other federal states as well.

From 3 months onwards, the construction project is also considered "approved" by us if no other response has been received. So after 11.5 weeks, an inquiry came...

With us, a building application must be answered within a maximum of 3 months. I just wonder what they are doing for so long? Well, civil servants, of course. There used to be a TV series called DAS AMT; back then we laughed a lot... today we know: it is just like in the series... :( and for the person waiting, not so funny at all.
