Yes, it should be a (survey). Thank you for your answer. I am exactly at that point... however, I had a positively approved preliminary building inquiry.

With us 4 weeks, since without a building permit...
That depends on too many factors for it to be of any help

More than half a year despite a positive building permit. It depends on where you live, which building authority you have, whether a development plan exists, and much more.

With us, about 4 months with Christmas in between.
