Up to performance phase 8. Older gentleman with over 40 years of experience according to his statement. Has already built many single-family houses (also kindergartens, etc.). Currently building for a casual acquaintance in the town (see photo in another thread). However, the acquaintance is highly satisfied with him and says he is often on the construction site and takes good care. The acquaintance, however, is an absolute layman. The partially unmet overlapping dimensions already made me suspicious. Too late. Now we probably have to go through with it and hope for the best. I will probably call in an additional expert at specific points. Does anyone have any ideas for my situation? What would you do?
