Is the surcharge for underfloor heating justified?

We would have paid over 10,000 extra. Yes, with the cheap [GU]. But we have now lived for a year with gas and radiators and don't miss anything.

Our underfloor heating system, excluding the heating system itself, for 300m2 including the basement and associated insulation cost less than the required surcharge. Therefore: way too expensive but probably unavoidable anyway.

Yo expensive but without alternative. Underfloor heating is much better in terms of comfort, and radiators in a modern house are not necessarily good for maintaining the value...
