Is the price for the prefabricated concrete garage okay?

we are currently in the tender phase of our construction project.

We now have an offer from a local general contractor who also offers a precast concrete garage.

The item is as follows:

Rekers XXL Garage RF 580 A 2.98mx8.00m. With 1 door, 1 window, electrical package, 1 electric sectional door, including foundation and drainage.

The cost for this is €16,260.

Is the price okay? It seems a bit high to me.

Seems a bit high to me for a single garage, even if it has "extra length." I would request a quote from several providers and decide what kind of garage you want (concrete, timber frame, steel, precast concrete parts, pumice concrete parts, etc.). Each has its own advantages and disadvantages with a corresponding price difference. It is certainly quite a bit of work, but can definitely be done to make better comparisons. I have requested a quote from almost 20 providers and created a table. The price also seems very high to me, I just bought a garage, 2.98 x 6 meters + 3x3 meters extension room each with electrical package, electric sectional door with remote control and drainage, but without foundation for about 9,800 €. Although a strip foundation won't cost a fortune.

Below is the table, but I don't think it helps much. The table was created over 2 years ago and I no longer know how accurate the data was back then. For some providers, I had requested a concrete offer. At some point, the topic was no longer relevant because the garage was bought along with the house by a carpentry company. That’s why it was not continued. To know exact prices, you probably have to make the effort to request offers. And comparability is often difficult because not always the same is included. Therefore, the table would also have to be expanded by some points.
