Is the Massivhaus GU in Pforzheim/Enzkreis/Bretten recommended?

Construction has not started yet, U-Haus is out for us. I first inquired with them in 2018 and even back then I didn’t like their method of pressuring for a signature.

I know that pushiness well and it doesn't work at all. I don't understand why some companies still do that... I didn't have that experience with U-Haus, on the contrary. I messed around for 6 MONTHS until everything was clear, and at no time was anything said even though I had many changes and U-Haus didn't know whether I would ultimately sign with them or not.

There are still some sample selections missing, but it’s already quite a bit. It’s hard to say in general because it always depends on whether you are okay with the standards or how much "luxury" you want. We are at about €15,000-20,000 extra, but in the end I can say more about that...
