Is the light loss due to the covered terrace too large?

Hello everyone, we are about to buy this apartment. However, we are wondering if it will be too dark because the terrace will be half covered. There will be a balcony above our terrace. What do you think based on your experience? By the way, the terrace faces south.

To the right on the plan or at the bottom of the plan?

stupid question: if you buy it, it already exists. if you are standing there now, you should be able to see if it is too dark for you - especially in the current times...

That would be nice, yes. But it is so far only planned and not yet built.

In the east, so on the right side of the plan, is there no window at all in the living area?

It will probably be darker because of the projecting other apartment in the west.

I myself have an apartment with east/south - open space (dining/cooking/living). On my east side, the terrace is covered to a depth of 360 cm. Pleasant in summer, in winter the sun is rather low so that even sunlight comes in through my east terrace door.

It would also be important to know what is standing at what distance to the south? And, on which floor is the apartment? And how tall is what is standing in the south?
