New apartments in Berlin cost 4000€/sqm, but not semi-detached houses in a small town. Here we usually calculate half of that, as you have probably already noticed. The TE lives in Oettingen. Land value at the end of 2016 was 85€. Keep cool.

Where do you live - Brandenburg? In our area, new semi-detached houses start at 450k at the very least. In locations with infrastructure and not directly on a main road, you're looking at at least 600k...

It is about a new building, plot approx. 400 m2. Currently, the m2 costs 119 euros in the town. The house has approx. 115 m2 of living space and 30 m2 of usable space.

A few answers, whether it is financially possible you have already received. Whether it is realistic, the bank will calculate that for you, don't worry.
