Is the floor slab still possible this year?

PATIENCE!

Our building permit arrived in June, the foundation slab then came in mid/end of August.

Jaydee August is not November/December though

and then winter comes first. Surely it will last a long time as well....
By the end of the frost period, we will probably have already forgotten that we actually wanted to build a house )))

But why are you in such an extreme hurry with the base slab and even taking risks regarding frost?

I am in a hurry in the sense of being impatient, which is actually not a good trait but understandable considering the 7 months since the signature with the developer...

And of course I would not take any risks. It won’t come to that. I would like to see that the developer has officially started the work. It doesn’t necessarily have to be pouring the slab. Official surveying and staking out would also be okay. Because I fear that when the weather improves again, we will have to queue up again since the work hasn’t started with us anyway. So "We start in March" quickly becomes "Oops, it’s already the end of May, strange..."
