I have already decided 99% for a smaller regional construction company for the house build, which has also advised me very well so far. But as you already say, of course, they cannot know the property.

My potential neighbor has also been confirmed since last week, and I will meet with him for that reason, among others. Since it is a corner lot, two retaining walls will be necessary anyway. Although I had previously assumed that I would let the property slope out, the problem with that is of course the loss of usable property area.
