It's the same with us. Also a local savings bank.

We have a part that we can retrieve without invoices - on the one hand, they don't want invoices for individual screws, on the other hand, we cannot request a payout under 15k.

Really interesting. It seems the wheels are suddenly turning backwards again. Somewhat puzzling to me since everything else regarding data protection and the prevention of money laundering and tax evasion is becoming increasingly strict.

However, in the case of purchasing lamps or a kitchen, there is no construction status report. Construction status reports are filled out by the BU when an action has been carried out, after which a payment should be made.

Correct, but that is only the hurdle to be able to access the next 25%.

I think everything has been said and the OP should really consider whether the construction is realistic or if it will make them unhappy. With 2 children, you don’t need 165 sqm. We have exactly 120 sqm of living space, each child has a room, a garden share and a garden shed. It’s a ground floor condominium for much less. We are super happy with less burden and yesterday went clothes shopping for 900€. You can really go big on that. Kids are getting bigger, you can hardly pass on clothes because they get stretched out. There were 2 winter jackets, 10 long-sleeve tops, jeans etc. Haven’t bought shoes yet. Also partly [HuM] bought. What I want to say is, if you’re already struggling financially now, you won’t be happy. Look for alternatives or save equity.
