At the neighbor of a friend, it was found after the shell construction that no drainage had been built because it was not commissioned from the shell builder… in our plans for the building application, there were no ventilation and supply shafts yet - sure, you can do everything later against the throwing in of small coins…. Gain your experience, maybe it will work out for you.

For such cases, I would bring a building expert on board who checks the offers and the execution. And I also hope for a bit of thinking along from the craftsmen. Exactly for these reasons, I have also chosen small businesses or many with whom I have personal contact.

I would think it’s great if you could keep us updated here. Maybe I am too pessimistic because of my experience, and your approach could also reveal savings potential for others.

Or I am too optimistic I will continue to report. Next week, the cost estimate will be further reduced with the architect by including own contributions wherever possible. Let's see what comes out in the end.
