What do your craftsmen say about what the individual items might cost? They might have more insight into the construction project than we do in the forum.Since I know many craftsmen from the most diverse trades, or also have them in the family, I have always preferred individual contracts, as the general contractor is understandably not necessarily flexible regarding the choice of craftsmen.
