You just have to ventilate the room well.
Of course, every house must be well ventilated, no question! Whether manually or with controlled residential ventilation. The question from toratora is due to the desire for wooden floors and the misinformation, and not the question about an ice-cold room where your bronchi freeze after ventilating in winter ;) Besides, I believe (sorry, but I am not an expert, just somewhat knowledgeable due to house construction) that a new house built to the Energy Saving Ordinance standard, whether now or later, with rooms that are not supposed to be heated, brings somewhat problematic calculations, not only because of today’s and future insulation and its properties. And if you google how to best ventilate a new building, you’ll read everywhere that you must not let rooms cool down (large temperature storage, by the way, should be the furniture ;) )
